The were in contact with us before delivery to make sure everything was in place. It was easy to make a few time adjustments as well. I particularly liked the party package with the extra large scale games, those were a hit! When it was time to pick up, they vacuumed and sanitized the house before packing it up which is great to know your getting a clean house. Not to mention the price was great and a bonus for free delivery. We highly recommend!
